We looked at the site, compared it with existing drawings, and created materials to make sure there were no mistakes. Even just doing exterior wall painting work requires looking at the fascias, gutters, fascias, and soffits. In addition, the outer walls have bay windows and balconies, and some have special shapes depending on the design. Roofs have special materials and fittings to prevent rain leaks. Some places have construction work that is unique to that property. Since the roof cannot be confirmed, it would be reassuring to have an existing elevation drawing. 現場を見て、既存図と照らし合わせて、間違いの無い積算をする資料を作ってきた。外壁塗装工事をするだけでも、鼻隠しや樋・鼻隠し・軒天井を見なければならない。又、外壁には出窓や、バルコニーが有って、デザインによっては特別な形状の物がある。屋根は雨漏り対策として特殊な部材や納まりが有る。その物件に特有な施工をしているところもある。屋根は確認できないこともあって、既存の立面図があれば心強い。外壁塗装工事と屋根カバー工事の注意点と事前作業について紹介してきました。
